Josephine Arroyo is a licensed attorney in Florida and the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida, holding an LL.M. from The George Washington University Law School and a Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she graduated as Valedictorian. Recognized as one of Orlando Business Journal’s 2021 Women Who Mean Business, Josephine has contributed significantly to her community, serving on the City of Orlando’s Mayor’s Green Works Task Force, receiving the Distinguished Alumni Award from FAMU College of Law, and volunteering with the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition. With experience as an associate attorney in trial litigation and a passion for criminal defense, she advocates for justice and the rights of the vulnerable. An Assistant Professor at Rollins College, she has received multiple teaching awards and remains active in community advocacy. As a Puerto Rican and Nicaraguan, Josephine brings her diverse background to her work and outreach efforts.
